     Recently Xiaomi launched its most awaited band series Mi Band 4. But our main question is that it is a worthy upgrade over Mi Band 3???

     The answer is that it packs a lot of new features & the main focus is on Colour display & direct competition is with Honor Band 5. We will discuss a lot in detail so it will be clear which one to buy.

      On the specification page, Mi Band 4 comes with a 0.95 inch AMOLED display of resolution of 120x240 pixels. Which is a Colour display it is a big upgrade over black & white display in Mi Band 3 & also packs 2.5 D Curved glass & it uses the same silicon strap which is more flexible & stronger & comes in 3 different colors which means you can customize your band how you like it.

      The most important part is that you get different band faces but the band support a few watch faces but if you want more you can change with the help of Mi Fit app in the display. This means you can change the look of the band daily and enjoy it. It is water-resistant up to 5 at which means 50 atm so you can wear a band in the rainy season or go swimming while wearing it.

       It also on the sensor part comes with 3 axis Accelerometer + 3 axis Gyroscope, PPG Heart rate sensor, Capacitive proximity sensor & on the connection side it comes with Bluetooth 5.0. It also has a step tracker, sleep quality analysis and many more modes due to 6 axis sensor which means precise data, but there is a problem that it automatically detects steps when you are not walking. Hope Xiaomi fix this with Indian Variant. It also comes with new DND mode on the band.

      On the battery part, it comes with 135 mAh. Which is about 100 mAh. As Company says that battery life is of about 20 days but on usage like Automatic Heart Detection set to 1 minute & sleep analysis battery last up to 7 days. Which is much more than excepted.

        Honor Band 5 is also a good band & great value for money it differs in some segment it gives more accurate data than Mi Band 4 & highlight of Honor Band 5 is that it comes with SPO2 sensor that Mi Band 4 lacks & both supports same display & one thing I liked in Honor Band 5 I that you don't have to take out our band for charging but in Mi Band you have to take out for charging.

        The main thing is that the pricing of bands Honor Band 5 is priced at 189 Yuan (1900 Rs) & Mi Band 4 is priced at 169 Yuan (1700 Rs).
